Ceramic Coating Process
Typically takes 2 business days and includes
- Thorough Wash
- Decontamination
- Clay bar treatment (iron removal)
- Paint Correction: Minor corrections if necessary. More intensive imperfections will need to be addressed at a body shop before we can proceed with the ceramic coating
- Surface Prep: Removal of residual or factory coatings to ensure proper bonding of the ceramic coating
- Curing: The coating requires 24 hours to fully cure in our climate-controlled, dust-free indoor bay, away from direct sunlight.
